Position Summary

The Financial Services Supervisor provides supervision and assistance to Financial Services Support staff while still providing support for Lasco’s core financial institution client base.

The Financial Services Supervisor’s primary role will be to help institutions with new product sales and project oversight while also providing backup functions as needed. This role will possess the skills necessary to identify product needs and implementation support for both current and future client institutions.

Supervision Received

The Financial Services Supervisor will work under the supervision of the President, who will need to be consulted on difficult support situations and will help coordinate work assignments with other staff as necessary.  This position requires considerable independence and judgment while acting within established guidelines and procedures.

Experience Preferred

  • 5+ years of Management experience
  • 5+ years of Financial Loan or Deposit Operations experience
  • 5+ years of direct customer support experience

Responsibilities, including, but not limited to :

  • Assist Financial customers with all Sales related inquiries.
  • Manage all Projects and help as needed for escalation or general questions.
  • Oversight and management of Core Vendor Call information and item tracking.
  • Assist with managing Core Vendor Support and project escalation items.
  • Assist with Financial Services support calls and research on all client applications, oversee the assignment of tickets, and ensure timely communication of updates.
  • Setup and attend Operations calls with banks and help assign follow-up research to support staff.
  • Send out communications to clients regarding important alerts, action required, and other applications the clients utilize.

Lasco supports financial institutions, commercial clients, and other organizations in their technology needs, including data management, IT infrastructure, and security.
